They helped me get my truck to a shop for some diagnosis, good.
A tire blew out on my truck when they dropped it off at the garage. I did not find this out from them when they charged me over the phone that day, but from the garage two days later. Not so good.
Edit: I just took a look at my tire. It is not, "shredded on the inside rim." There's no scratching or unusual damage to the inner sidewall, just this one pocket that's been blown out from the inside. These were not new tires, sure, but this seems to be the result of sudden internal pressure blowing out the sidewall, not damage caused through operation. I think they dropped my front end too hard, popped a tire, declined to tell me, then made an excuse. Opposite of good. Bad.

After a nice family trip to Boise we went through the road traffic going eastbound on I-84, picked up a road hazard in the tire. Marky's sent out Gabriel, who responded quickly, he was knowledgeable, and had the lug nut key we needed. Avoided a tow and was able to get us on the road and heading home. Thanks Gabriel, best tow driver I have ever had respond to a call!

We ended up with a flat tire and needed a quick change in order to make it to a tire shop. Due to some confusion with our insurance they went the wrong way but still super responsive and quick service. If I ever need a company in the area next time we are traveling I would call these guys in a heartbeat. Great service.

Gabriel showed up sooner than expected, which was a heaven-send on a hot day. He drove me and my car over two hours from Burley to Boise and could not have been more respectful and kind. Highly recommend!!
